Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Frescolori.de GmbH, Ferdinand-Braun-Straße 2, 46399 Bocholt, Germany, info@frescolori.com, Phone: 02871-234776-0, Fax: 02871-234776-900) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient for the preservation of the withdrawal period that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, cheapest option offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which can normally be returned by post. We will bear the costs of returning goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that is not necessary to check the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for their manufacture require an individual choice or determination by the consumer or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.

Return Labels
Notwithstanding your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return. The return label will be attached to your shipment. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Austria.
